Applies to https://clearplano.online. Version: Draft 1. Effective date: [Founder to provide: date the terms take effect].

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Clearplano and its tools, including the Invoice Organizer. Clearplano was founded by Sushant Chatke and is operated by [Founder to provide: legal name and type of the operator], [Founder to provide: registered or principal address in India]. By using the service you agree to them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

The Invoice Organizer reads invoices, bills and receipts you upload (PDF, JPG or PNG), proposes extracted details, lets you review and edit them, and saves the ones you confirm so you can track payments and due dates. Other tools may be added over time; tools shown as "coming soon" are not available.

3. Automated extraction can be wrong

Details are extracted automatically by an AI model and can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing every detail before you confirm it and for checking it against your original documents. Clearplano's dashboards, statuses and due dates are organizational aids. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on them as your only record.

4. Accounts and guest use

  • You can try the Invoice Organizer as a guest: up to 3 documents of up to 5 MB each, with nothing saved. To save invoices you need an account.
  • Give accurate details, keep your password confidential, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • [Founder to provide: minimum age to hold an account, to be set on legal advice]

5. Your documents and data

You keep ownership of the documents and information you provide. You allow us to process them only as needed to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending them to Google's Gemini API for reading. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including any personal information of other people that appears on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service unlawfully, or upload content you have no right to use;
  • upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service or its limits;
  • use bots or repeated requests to get around guest or rate limits;
  • attempt to access another person's account or data.

We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

7. Fees

The service is currently offered without charge. If paid plans are introduced, we will describe them and their terms before you are charged.

[Founder to provide: founder to confirm whether any charges exist or are planned]

8. Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party providers (for example Supabase, Google and our host) and may be interrupted, rate limited, or changed. We may change, limit or stop features, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error free.

9. Our content

The Clearplano name, design, Glitch character and software belong to Clearplano or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as the law allows or with our permission.

10. Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from errors in extracted data, interruptions, or use of the service, and we do not exclude responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

[Founder to provide: liability limits and disclaimers, to be drafted or approved by a qualified lawyer]

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Clearplano at any time and delete your saved invoices in All invoices. To have your account erased, contact us (see section 13). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

[Founder to provide: governing law and courts, to be set on legal advice]

13. Contact and grievances

Questions: [Founder to provide: contact email address]. Complaints: [Founder to provide: grievance officer name and designation], [Founder to provide: grievance officer email].

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page.
